Incorrect or defective items
If your jewelry order contains any incorrect, damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately.
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of purchase.
Restocking fee
Any non-defective returned items, we do not pay shipping costs for it, and you must bear the shipping costs yourself.
How soon will I receive my refund?
We will notify you via email once your returned item has been received and inspected. You will also receive notification that your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, refund requests will be processed within 2 business days of approval.
