We offer Free Stand Shipping on all orders.

Express Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country. We offer Free Express Shipping for orders over 100-150$.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We process your order as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, it will take less than 2 working days from placing an order to shipping. Please note that the number of days refers to "business days", i.e. Monday through Friday.

What if the shipping address I provided is incorrect?

If the information you have entered is incorrect please email sales@youthwayfashion.com immediately and we will update your order if it has not been shipped. If shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address.

How do I track my order?

You can usually track your order on 17track.net (select 4px if no information is displayed) and you will receive an email with the appropriate shipping information once we are ready to ship your order. You will then be able to track your order under "My Orders" when you log into your Youthway Fashion account, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Express: Processing time: 1-2 days, Transit time: 5-7 days. Stand: Processing time: 1-2 days, Transit time: 10-15 days.

Pay sales tax Taxes and charges will be collected by the customs of the destination country according to its rules and policies. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the conditions in their country and these charges must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they are responsible for all return shipping, customs fees and handling charges. Please note that this is subject to customs regulations.
